Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will: •Differentiate and compare the major tenets of social interaction that may lead to group productivity and overall effectiveness in leadership roles; •Research and review theories and frameworks in which assist in the understanding and prediction of human behavior; •Analyze effective leaders and leadership practices into specific historical, political, and/or social contexts; and •Analyze personal characteristics which relate to leadership potential and effectiveness
